Celerity wanted to create a comprehensive values kit to foster a strong sense of belonging, alignment, and engagement among its employees. A key part would be to encapsulate its newly defined core values, mission, and guiding principles into a comprehensive values booklet that would distill the essence of Celerity's identity and principles to its employees. This kit would serve as a welcoming package for both current and future team members, embodying the essence of Celerity's values and culture.
Discovery
A key aspect that Celerity wanted to convey was how simple the values were and how intrinsic each value was already embedded in each employee's work style. With simplicity in mind, a slightly altered primary color palette was used in addition to Celerity's signature light blue. A construction paper and paper cutout motif is utilized throughout in order to tap into the basic ease of each value.
Values Booklet
The printed values booklet was created to be a visually engaging and insightful resource, featuring paper cutout-themed illustrations that capture the simplicity of Celerity's values. Accompanied by carefully selected quotes, each value is highlighted with depth and meaning. Simple exercises were included to encourage active engagement, fostering reflection and practical application.

The Celerity values kit, centered around the values booklet, enhances the onboarding experience, cultivates a strong sense of community, and contributes to long-term employee engagement. As a tangible expression of Celerity's commitment to its workforce, the kit aims to instill pride, alignment, and enthusiasm among employees.
